My tale of how I have no self control
Ate those damn ramen noodles… my life has foreever been changed. So much better than mr noodles. Salty delciousness nomnomnomnomnom
Also, Im really getting sick of feeling like shit and bloated. So im seriously going to try and turn it all around. I have been making meals ahead of time, i am going to start measuring it out cause I think i over eat a lot. no massivly but just more then I need. I found this clean eating blog this lady runs and its got some good recipeits… and I bought stuff to help support clean eating
My first meal towords my goal is
a wrap with lettuce, gouda cheese, turkey and instead of dressing i put some homemade roasted garlic on it…
im drooling it is so good.
Any other suggestions for food and things to help me stay on track?

Two eggs and yam
snacks for the day: Carrotts, hemp hearts, granola and triscuts ( not supposed to eat these but wanted to finish off the box) pepperoni &oranges
Dinner: Pills & Chicken& veggies on rice
Just had such a tasty salad!
Lettuce, hemp hearts, oil , vinegar and laughing cow cheese.
